We don't usually get our tree this early, mostly because it seems to be so brittle by the time Christmas finally comes around that it's not worth it. Josh has to go out of town for a couple of weeks though so this was our last weekend to do it AND get some enjoyment out of it before we had to take it down. If anyone is interested, we get our trees at B & K Farm out in Gales Creek. $10 for Doug Firs any size! They are friends of Josh so we get to support them AND get a cheap tree!
Daddy was sweet to let Megan "help" cut the tree.

Looks like fun! Let me know if you have any tips on how to keep a toddler away from a tree!
Looks like you all had a wonderful day. A sunny dry day is always nice when you go to cut down your Christmas tree!
